Software Upgrades
Since all of Exware's systems are built on the same software platform, and we are continually upgrading and improving that platform, supported clients automatically receive regular software upgrades as new versions of the system are released.
These upgrades include performance improvements, cosmetic and user-interface enhancements, and new features that have been requested by clients. New modules also make regular appearances, allowing whole new functions and tools to be implemented on your site if you decide they are useful to you.
Hosting Services
Exware specializes in 'boutique' hosting services for clients who want high-touch support and guaranteed response times.
Exware offers three hosting packages: shared, semi-private and private.
Shared hosting is our most economical hosting setup. Your web and database server hardware are shared with other organizations, so you aren’t paying for systems that would be sitting idle during low-demand periods. Upgrades and security are handled automatically, ensuring that your system is kept up to date with no fuss.
Semi-private hosting moves one of your servers (usually your database) to a completely private instance. That ensures less competition for resources at those busy times when you need a quick response.
Private hosting gives you private instances of both your web server and your database server. In addition to the performance benefits of having your hardware completely devoted to your organization, it also allows you more freedom in your system configurations and customizations.
