The Exware Membership Management System has been used to efficiently manage our E3 Fleet (www.e3fleet.com) site for the past 16 years. We recently contracted Exware to develop a user-friendly web app for a Canadian Government project to deliver a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tool. The TCO web app/tool helps commercial vehicle fleet operators obtain insights into the costs associated with alternative fuel vehicles, such as hydrogen fuel cell and electric, compared with diesel and gasoline. Exware delivered the web app within an extremely tight timeline and budget. All stakeholders were very pleased with the project process and end product.

Exware’s team is amazing! To get you set up and teach you how to edit your website yourself, they offer web tutorials/demos one-on-one with you to walk you through the process/show you the software and send screencaps with their steps as a follow up so you can refer to them. Exware also sets up a guide in your admin end of the website which I super convenient and lists nice concise instructions for the basics, e.g. how to change the website banner, how to accept submissions, membership renewal, etc. – depending on what features you want to include in your site. Anything that is quick and simple (most of it since it’s super user friendly) they will send as instructions via email with screencaps if necessary showing you where to click, and anything more complicated they will walk you through in a personalized web demo. The team is really friendly and could incorporate essentially all the features we wanted into our website. It’s obvious that they really care about their clients – they always reply to us quickly, and even if it is a task that will take a bit of time, they still get back to us and give us a heads up that they’re working on our request and provide an estimate of when it will be done. Our website looks a lot better since switching to Exware!
